Returns & Exchange Policy

Important: Please choose your size using our size chart before placing an order. We do not issue refunds, including for incorrect size selection.

What we accept 
We accept returns/exchanges only in the following cases:

<li>You received the wrong item, or</li>
<li>The product has a manufacturing defect / arrived damaged.</li>
</ul>

Size exchange (if you need a different size) 
Size exchanges are available, subject to stock availability, and incur a shipping fee of ₹399.

Eligibility conditions 
To be eligible for an exchange/return, the item must be:
<ul>
<li>Unworn and unused.</li>
<li>In original condition, with tags intact.</li>
<li>In original packaging.</li>
<li>With order confirmation / proof of purchase.</li>
</ul>

How to request a return/exchange

<ul>
<li>Order number</li>
<li>Product name/variant (size/color)</li>
<li>Reason (wrong item / defect / size exchange)</li>
<li>Clear photos/video (required for damaged/defective or wrong-item claims)</li>
</ul>

Damaged / wrong item received 
Inspect your order as soon as it’s delivered. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve it.

Non-returnable items 
We do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We do not issue refunds.

EU customers (14-day cooling-off period) 
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel/return within 14 days. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Email <a href="mailto:urbanfits519@gmail.com">urbanfits519@gmail.com</a> to initiate.
